Hyouton, a very rare bloodline that was born in Mist and may only come from that area. Due to its rare-ness its not seen through very many people.

Techniques

Hyouton; Demonic Ice Mirrors (Area of Effect, 25 chakra per turn) Surround your Opponent(s) with walls of ice, disallowing their escape from the battle and disallowing attacks that come from outside the barriers. Allies of the people trapped may enter the barrier to assist the trapped, but once entered they cannot escape till the Ice Mirrors are dispersed. Can't Interrupt or Avoid.

Hyouton; Ice Projection (25 Chakra per Turn) Confuse the Opponent with multiple Copies of yourself in the Mirrors. Opponent's Single hits take no effect to the User. Requires Demonic Ice Mirrors to be in Effect

Ice Needle Creation (Passive, 25 Chakra) Refill your Pouch full of Ice Needles, unlike Metal Needles, these Needles are unaffected by Magnetic Techniques.

Throw Ice Needle Throw a Ice needle at the Opponent, deals 50 Damage. If Hyouton, Ice Projection is in Effect then the Opponent cannot counter from your attack.

Chunnin Rank - Agility Burst
**Agility (65 Chakra, Double Chakra to Double the Cost of the Effect) Avoid any Ninjutsu & Taijutsu by escaping towards another Mirror. Doesn't work on Techniques that deal more than 130 (Damage can be doubled up to 260, 130 Chakra) Damage.

**Ice Needle Barage (100 Chakra) 200 Damage, Bombard your opponent(s) with needles. Can't Interrupt or Block with Taijutsu.

**Ice Needle Attack (50 Chakra) Attack your Opponent with your Ice Needle. If your Attack is stallmated then you will not be able to return to your Mirrors until the next turn. Hyouton; Ice Projection cannot be used during this time. 100 life Damage, Can't Interrupt or Avoid.

Jounin Rank - Ice Demon
Hyouton; Ice Spires (150 Chakra) 300 Life Damage, can't Interrupt, Block, or Avoid. Once per battle. Make Water Spiral up off the Ground and at your Opponent(s).

Hyouton; Icycle Rain (200 Chakra) 200 Life Damage, can't Interrupt or Avoid. Make a Army of Icycles and rain then down upon your Opponent(s). Once per Battle.

Hyouton; Exploding Demonic Ice Mirrors (250 Chakra) 500 Life Damage (Multi-Hit), Can't Interrupt or Avoid. Can't block with Taijutsu or Genjutsu. Force the Mirrors created by Hyouton; Demonic Ice Mirrors to explode and almost instantly kill any Opponent(s) nearby them. Requires Hyouton; Demonic Ice Mirrors to be in effect. Once per battle, after used the User cannot use Hyouton; Demonic Ice Mirrors for 3 of the Opponent's Turns.
