These jutsus used by the second kage. The Wilders have great skill in Taijutsu, and A variety of Water Style Techniques.

Basics:
You can no longer use fire jutsus, you may still use fire element chakra, but all fire element chakra skills will deal 350 less damage if they deal damage, and cost 50 more chakra to use. All lighting Jutsu inflict 100 life damage to the wielder of this Lifetime.

-Water Mastery (Passive, 50 chakra every 2 turns) All fire jutsu that deal over 400 damage are reduced by 200 damage. All your water jutsu deal 50 more damage. Once per battle, ends when you decide to stop paying.

Water clone (Passive, 50 Chakra) ESP

Water Seizure(125 chakra)200 damage, multi hit, Interrupt two skills. Can't interrupt.

Gennin Skills:

-Wall of Water (100 chakra) Blocks all Jutsus (And Items/Weapons) that use below 150 chakra(even if they use to be over 150 chakra); not including unavoidable Jutsus or genjutsu. This captures the opponent if it is used against Taijutsu.

Chunnin Skills:

-Water chakra (Passive, 50 chakra every 2 turns) All water skills cost 25 less chakra. Once per battle, ends when you decide to stop paying.

-White Mist (200 chakra) Passive Both you and your opponent can only use 1 move a post until the user takes 500 life damage, starts the turn it is used. Throwing Items do not take effect in this area. If any Wind Jutsus that cost over 150 chakra are used, the white mist also ends.

Jounin Skills:
-Sink into Puddle (200 chakra) Avoid all Jutsus, Even Genjutsu and Unavoidable Jutsus that are on the field currently. Can only be used after "White Mist" has been used; Twice per battle.

-Mizu strike (150 chakra) 150 life damage, 50 chakra damage; Can't avoid.

-Tidal wave (250 Chakra) 500 muti-hit life damage can’t be block. If interrupted your next water jutsu deals 100 more damage.

-Water Dragon Strike (400 chakra, 200 self-inflicted life damage) 600 life damage, 200 chakra damage, unavoidable, Once per battle.

-Aqua Bubble(100 chakra)Passive, Fish summons are no longer effected by multi hits.

Style #1: Rain Style
*-Rainfall (150 chakra)Passive, Enhance all Water type Ninjutsu with the text of, "Can't Interrupt." Unless it makes them unavoidable. Enables the "Rain Style" Techniques.

~**-Drown (200 chakra) Capture opponent for 2 turns, unavoidable (once per battle).

~***-Great Water Dragon (400 chakra, 200 self-inflicted life damage) 400 life and chakra damage, can't block or avoid. If unsuccessful the user only loses 100 of the original chakra he was suppose to lose.

~Requires Rainfall to be in effect.

Style #2: Snow Style
*-Snowfall (150 chakra)Passive, Enhance all Ice Type Ninjutsu with the text of, "Can't block." Unless it makes them unavoidable. Enables the "Snow Style" Techniques.

~**-Engulf Opponent (250 Chakra) Stop opponent for 2 turns, unavoidable (once per battle).

~***-Giant Snow Bear (500 chakra, 250 self-inflicted life damage) 400 life and 450 chakra damage, can't block or interupt. If unsuccessful the user only loses 250 of the original Chakra they was suppose to lose and 50 of the original health they were suppose to.
